Hello! How's everybody today? I had a really good

Hello! How's everybody today? I had a really good one😃 Nothing special happened but I felt so good, happy, rested....energized the whole day! All the "Maja Time" in last few days must be paying off🙌🏻 Since I'm having two weeks off work, and am not traveling anywhere - I put a veto on all travel till I finish the cookbook, I'm taking really good care of me (and I was really bad at in in last year or so🙈): getting enough sleep every day, eating regularly, working out every day ((yep, been really good💪🏻)), even taking time off - doing nothing, just relaxing. Yep, all of it!! After such an intensive year, much needed.
Starting off the day right for me is very important so after my regular dose of chlorella (I love @organicburst ) with lemon water, I had a nice warm up followed by a workout. Then smoothie for breakfast (watch my stories) + some waffles with tahini and avocado.
These delicious Baked Lentil Falafels with spicy tahini dressing roast pumpkin and salad was our lunch. And some Black Bean Chocolate Cookies the dessert (these are grain free, so gluten free, protein rich and super easy to make - will link the recipe in my stories). What did you do today? Are you still adjusting to “normal” after holidays or are you already in full power mode😜?

Dragi moji, kako ste mi danas? Ja baš nekako dobro. Zadnjih dana sam se dovoljno odmarala, spavala, svaki dan vježbala💪🏻 i redovito jela. Imam 2 tjedan slobodno od letenja, a nikud ne putujem jer sam stavila veto na putovanja dok ne završim kuharicu (još jedno mjesec dana🙈) pa sam zaključila sam da je “Maja Time” jaako važno. Svaki dan biti kreativna i produktivna ali i svaki dan se pobrinuti da je Maja dobro.
Započela sam dan s Chlorellom i vodom s limunom, trening pa doručak (smoothie - snimila sam vam story) i waffli s avokadom i tahinijem (i puno čilija😜), a ovi falafeli od leće s pečenom bundevom i salaticom su bili ručak (receot će biti u kuharici). Desert - čoko cookies od graha - genijalni - link ću isto staviti u storije.

I love easy desserts that are also light and nourishing (and guilt free🙃 - meaning to nasties inside). This Millet Cream ticks all the boxes. Whenever I have any leftover rice or millet, this is my go to thing.The recipe is suuuuper easy, will write it below for you😉 And today I made super fudgy choc bean cookies - check the stories..
We’ve had a super gorgeous sunny day today in Zagreb. Finally the fog lifted😃 It was cold, but I love cold and sunny days so this was perfect for me. I hate it when it is gloomy and rainy, I even feel depressed and not creative and super sleepy on that kind of days. Does the weather influence you too? When I wake up to the sun, I feel elated and at least 50% compared to a minute before I realized there was gonna be a sunny day😂🙈.. Do you do that too?
Here’s the recipe and hope you try it and enjoy it guys😘

Chocolate Millet Cream
2 cups cooked millet
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
3-4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
5 dates - pitted
pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp maple or agave syrup
Method
Place all ingredients besides millet, cocoa and syrup into blender and blend until smooth. Then add millet and cocoa and blend again until very smooth. Check for sweetness and add syrup to taste. Store in the fridge up to 3 days.

Recept je jednostavan i brz, gotov za 5 min pod uvjetom da imate skuhano proso ili rižu. Može li bolje😁?!
A danas sam radila čoko keksiće od graha koji su super jednostavni za napraviti. Pogledajte, baš me zanima što mislite i dal bi ih probali. ✖️
Čokoladna kremica od prosa
Sastojci za 6 x teglica od 120 ml
2 šalice kuhanog prosa
2 šalice bademovog mlijeka
1/2 šalice prženih i oguljenih lješnjaka
3-4 žlice nezasladjenog kakaa
1/2 žličice vanilije
3 žlice rastopljenog kokosovog ulja
5 datulja bez koštica
Prstohvat soli
1 žličica limunovog soka
1 do 2 žlice javorovog ili agavinog sirupa - po želji

Postupak
Stavite u blender mlijeko, lješnjake i datulje te izblendajte. Zatim dodajte sve ostale sastojke i blendajte dok ne dobijete glatku kremicu.

My Postworkout Smoothie 🇬🇧below👇🏻
Moj Postworkout Smoothie s @adezhrv sojinim mlijekom za extra boost proteina (i zato što mi je okusom prefina kombinacija).
Što vi obično jedete nakon vježbanja? Ja uglavnom vježbam ujutro kad god mogu i onda mi je ovako malo jači smoothie odličan obrok. Dovoljno lagan i probavljiv a super bogat i hranjiv, dovoljno kaloričan i prefin.
Ne mora biti s bobičastim voćem, slobodno ubacite od voća što vam se svidja. A evo i receptić pa probajte😉
Postworkout smoothie
2.5 dl #adezhr bademovog mlijeka
3 žlice zobenih pahuljica
1 banana
1/2- 1 šalice bobičastog voća
1 žlica chia sjemenki
1 žličica psyllium praha
1 žličica Cordycepsa
1 žličica Reishi
1 žlica MCT ulja (može i kokosovo)
Možete još dodati i 1 mjericu proteina po želji - moj savjet je da uvijek koristite fermentirane proteine.
Sve sastojke ubacite u blender i izblendajte.
Ako koristite slabiji blender koji zagrijava sadržaj za vrijeme blendanja, uvijek je dobro ubaciti nešto smrznuto u smoothie da ostane hladan.

Since I like working out in the morning a rich and nutritious smoothie is my way to go. Quick and easy to prepare and so good for you - super delicious too!
Here’s the recipe if you’d like to try it
Berry Postworkout Smoothie
1 cup soy milk
1 banana
1 cup frozen berries
3 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia
1 tsp psyllium husk
1 tbsp MCT oil or use coconut oil
I also added medicinal mushrooms: Cordyceps (for better oxygenation of blood) and Reishi
1 scoop of protein powder (preferably fermented) - optional
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth).

English below👇🏻Jesmo se fino napapali za blagdane😁🙈?! Zato sam ja odmah ubacila u treću brzinu s treninzima😉 TRX u mom omiljenom #adidassportsstudio u Ilici mi je nešto i novo i genijalno! Znate kako smo mi cure onak slabašne u rukama i torzu?! Uvijek stalno nešto za guzu, noge i trbuh radimo😆 Na TRX treninzima radi cijelo tijelo - ali osobito core i ruke/ledja/torzo. Sve boli nakon treninga😭 (neću ni spominjati dane nakon) ali osjećam se baš moćno i snažno💪🏻 a i rezultati su brzo tu!
U Adidas Sport Studiu imam TRX 3 puta tjedno, a ostale dane uletim na HIIT ili Bootie and Core. Super je što s mjesečnom članarinom možeš ići na sve treninge svaki dan😊 a imate pravo i na 7-dnevno besplatno članstvo! Pogledajte više o studiu na linku u storijima. Tamo su i fotke s božićne radionice koju sam održala u studiu. Radili smo kolače i keksiće i sve nam je super ispalo! Sve su radionice besplatne za članove😊 Lijepo mi je nakon treninga malo sjesti i opustiti se uz snack ili jednostavno popiti kavicu u prekrasnom co-working prostoru u studiu😊
Na slici je Buddha Bowl jer zdrava i cjelovita prehrana je jednako važna kao i vježbanje. Tu su:
• kuhana riža
• pečeni batat • kuhano zeleno
• kuhana leća
• avokado
I sve fino začinjeno s mješavinom maslinovog ulja, octa, soja sosa i čilija. Mljac😋 pregršt dobrih proteina, ugljikohidrata, vlakana i masnoća. A prefino! Pišite mi u komentarima koji tip treninga volite i zašto😊

To roast sweet potato, cut it in cubes, season with olive oil and salt and roast on 210c (410F) for 20 minutes.

These little Buckwheat and Chocolate Bliss Balls a

These little Buckwheat and Chocolate Bliss Balls are a wholesome and protein rich little snack but also a decadent treat that will satisfy your chocolate cravings. You just need a few ingredients and a food processor or blender to make these babies😉 Check out the full recipe on my blog and here’s the ingredient list, as always.. Ingredients
1 cup raw buckwheat soaked for 2 hours if you want smoother texture
1 cup roasted hazelnuts + 2 tbsp for rolling the balls
3-4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup pitted dates soak them if you don't have a powerful blender
2 pinch salt
2-3 tbsp maple or agave syrup
1/2 cup melted coconut oil

Hrskave kuglice od heljde i čokolade - Ovo je super jednostavan desert koji je toliko cjelovit i napravljen od zdravih sastojaka da je prije zdravi međuobrok ili proteinski snack nego slatkiš.

Evo vam i recept pa probajte 😉

SASTOJCI ZA 30 KOM

1 šalica lješnjaka + 2-3 žlice za uvaljati kuglice
1 šalica heljde
3 žlice kakaa
1 šalica datulja (12-15 kom)
1/2 šalice kokosovog ulja
2 prstohvata soli
2-3 žlice javorovog ili agavinog sirupa

POSTUPAK

U grubo samljeti lješnjake i heljdu, presuti u posudu.
Zatim izblendati datulje s uljem, dodati sve ostale sastojke i pulsati da se poveže i mokrastu smjesu. Dodati još sirupa ako treba da se bolje poveže i da bude dovoljno slatko.
Staviti u hladnjak da se malo stisne pa da bude lakše raditi kuglice.
Raditi kuglice veličine oraha i uvaljati u ostatak mljevenog lješnjaka.

Christmas baking done🙈? I’m starting tomorrow since it’s been just work, work, work✈️ in past days.. these are already gone since I made them more than a week ago but they will def be on the list to make again. I already got loads of messages from you guys about successfully making them🙌🏻 So happy about it! Also some of you made them gluten free subbing spelt flour with gluten free mix: worked like a charm. Also subbing it with rice flour also worked. So there you go😊
Here’s the recipe again for you to try😉

Vegan Linzer Cookies recipe
1 cup spelt flour/gluten free mix/rice flour
1/2 cup finely ground almonds or almond flour
2 pinches of salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup vegan butter
cinnamon, vanilla
3 tbsp cold almond milk
Method
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well, add butter and using your fingers mix it with dry ingredients. Then add milk and knead briefly, just to get it to stick into a dough. Wrap it and place in the fridge to firm up a bit.
Take two sheets of parchment paper, dust with some flour and roll out the dough. Use cookie cutters to make the shapes. Bake on 360F, 8 minutes on fan assisted mode.
When the cookies have cooled down a bit, warm up the jam to make it more runny. Spread it on one cookie and top with another piece.

Božićni keksići s pekmezom od jagoda, napravljeni od pirovog i bademovog brašna.

Evo i super jednostavni recept:
1 šalica pirovog brašna
1/2 šalice bademovog brašna ili jako fino mljevenog badema
2 prstohvata soli
1/2 žličice praška za pecivo - organskog
1/2 šalice kokosovog šećera
1/2 šalice veganskog maslaca ili maslaca
Cimet, vanilija
3 žlice hladnog mlijeka
Stavite sve suhe sastojke u zdjelu
Dodajte omekšali maslac i razmrvite prstima sa suhim sastojcima. Dodajte mlijeko i umijesite tijesto toliko da se poveže. Ako vam se jako lijepi, dodajte još mrvicu brašna. stavite tijesto u plastični foliju i u hladnjak da se stisne - 20tak min. Razvaljajte izmedju 2 kom pobrašnjenog masnog papira. Izrežite i pecite 180C/8min
