Sladoled od kupina🍦
Puno vas je radilo prošli recept za sladoled, a evo danas novi okus! Sladoled od kupina od tri sastojka: smrznutih zrelih banana, smrznutih kupina i kokosovog mlijeka.
Super jednostavno, jedete prefini kremasti sladoled a ono zapravo voće! A klinci ga obožavaju. Isprobano i odobreno! Može li bolje😉
Evo recept pa navalite:
Za dvije porcije sladoleda
Sastojci:
2 prezrele smrznute banane - važno je da budu jako zrele!
1 šalica smrznutih kupina
1/4 šalice (3 velike žlice) kokosovog ili nekog drugog biljnog mlijeka
Postupak:
(Zamrznite oguljene banane unaprijed)
Stavite sve sastojke u sjeckalicu i izblendajte. Ako imate slabiju sjeckalicu ili blender, stavite još pola svježe banane u blendanje da olakšate proces. Možda ćete trebati zaustaviti sjeckalicu i pogurati sastojke sa rubova pa nastaviti blendati. U svakom slučaju imat ćete prefini kremasti slatkač za par minuta.
Slobodno se igrajte s okusima i uz smrznute banane upotrijebite bilo koje mekano voće, a sad ga ima na pretek.

Ice cream made with just 3 ingredients, and amazingly creamy and delicious.. Here’s the super simple recipe. All you need is bananas, raspberries and plant milk
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blackberries
1/4 cup plant milk
Method
1. Place all the ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. If your blender isn’t very powerful, you can add 1/2 fresh banana to ease the blending. You may have to stop a few times to scrape the sides. But it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to get a beautifully creamy and delicious treat😉

Ljudi, došao je i taj dan!!! Predstavljanje moje prve kuharice je u nedjelju na Sensa danu @sensahrvatska 🎉😃🥳!! (Pogledajte par fotkica iz nje😉) Ne mogu vam opisati uzbudjenje i sreću koju osjećam (i nervozu of kors🙈😁.. nadam se da neće biti spoticanja i padanja u nedjelju😅). Dodjite u Maksimir, jer je sjajan program cijelog Sensa dana. Ne mogu vam sve nabrojati, ne bi mi stalo... ali imat ćete priliku vježbati jogu, tai chi, pilates body tehniku, poslušati zanimljiva predavanja i još zanimljivije ljude. Neki od tih divnih ljudi/predavača/voditelja su: @ingrid_divkovic @anamarijapbs @andreasolomun @mario.valentic

Big thank you to my publisher @planetopijahr for believing in me 🙏🏻 The cookbook is in Croatian but don’t worry, I’m already busy writing the second one...a dessert cookbook in English🎉🎉🙈!! So excited for it but in mean time... incredibly proud of my first baby♥️📖 There’s an event on Sunday organized by @sensahrvatska where we will be presenting it to the public. So excited about it🥳😃 Wish me luck guys...(hopefully there will be no tripping over things😅)

My first cookbook!! 🎉🎉 It is finally gone to print and will be out in 2 weeks time!! The sneak peek is in the gallery😉
After months of creating recipes, cooking, taking photos, and then days of writing texts, making corrections etc, I am officially done!! It is in Croatian, hopefully the English version will be out as well.
This is the book cover (the photo of me taken by super taletned @maja_danica ).
I can not describe how excited and grateful I feel, to everybody that made this possible. All of you that have been following and supporting me all these years🙏🏻... Thank you for all the effort on your part, I appreciate every single comment, like and message. Especially all the photos of recreations you keep sending me.. Much love to you guys! Sad znate zašto me nije bilo puno tu😁 Moja prva kuharica, u izdanju @planetopijahr otišla je u tisak🎉 Nakon mjeseci pisanja, kuhanja i fotkanja, i onda isto tako pisanja dodatnih tekstova i beskonačnih (vjerujte mi, beskonačnih😅) korekcija, i taj dan je stigao🙈
Ovo je naslovnica (sve fotografije mene - iliti autorice, dobro zvuči😆 - za kuharicu napravila je genijalna @maja_danica ♥️) Kuharica ima preko 70 recepata: od doručaka, jednostavnih ručkova, zatim bogatijih jela (kako ih ja zovem, za goste😅) do slasnih zdravih deserata. Pogledajte par fotki... A trebala bi se naći na policama knjižara krajem mjeseca. Velika hvala svima koji su me savjetovali i usmjeravali (i trpili moje ludosti😂🙈) u pisanju ove knjige. Znate tko ste..

As a white woman living in a country where racism isn’t common I have never experienced or witnessed this kind of injustice and oppression by their own state and society, so many endure simply for the color of their skin. So I will not pretend to understand or know how it feels. But I want to learn and support🖤

Vegan Strawberry Vanilla Layer Cake🍓 Imagine la

Strawberry Breakfast it is♥️ Chia pudding with

Strawberry Breakfast it is♥️ Chia pudding with coconut yoghurt and gorgeous local strawberries... I’ve missed my chia puddings lately so had to make it up today.. Been having mostly smoothies, chickpea omlets and raw oatmeals in last month as my usual breakfast. What has been yours go to lately?
Here’s a quick recipe for a basic chia pudding😉

Chia Parfaits for two

Ingredients:
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup oat milk (or almond, or cashew)
2 cups coconut yoghurt
2 tsp coconut sugar - optional

1 cup strawberries

Method:
- Mix together chia and milk and keep stirring until it starts to gel. Let it stand for at least 1/2 hour but you can prepare it in advance and let stand overnight. - Then add 1 tsp coconut sugar if using, 1 cup yoghurt and mix all together. Slice the strawberries. Place chia pudding in two jars, top yoghurt and strawberries. And enjoy✨

Opet jagode... ovaj put sa chia pudingom. Nekako ga nisam puno jela u zadnje vrijeme i moram priznati da mi je falio. Ovo je kombinacija puddinga napravljenog sa zobenim mlijekom, i zatim posluženog sa jogurtom od kokosa i jagodicama😍
A evo što vam treba za dvoje:
4 žlice chia sjemenki
1 šalica mlijeka (zobeno)
1-2 žličice kokosovog šećera - nije obvezno
2 šalice jogurta (ja sam koristila kokosov)
1 šalica jagoda
Pomiješajte mlijeko i chia sjemenke i miješajte minutu dok se ne počne zgušnjavati. Ostavite da odstoji bar pola sata. Umiješajte kokosov šećer i 1 šalicu jogurta. Stavite u dvije teglice i na vrh podijelite drugi jogurt i narezane jagode
Eto... uživajte😉
